Custom foot orthotics

A classroom project on "Technically Complex Products", this project was about challenging myself in a new domain: manufacturing techniques and industrial production.

How do you make foot orthotics that are customized to individual feet affordable, perform within 80% of the state-of-art, and simpler to manufacture?
